I have seen this on networks that are MT ONLY. > In order to get these V4 and V5 > routers to pick up the default, all I have to do is make a change to > OSPF somewhere on the network. My "solution" was to write a script that restarts OSPF on one router that is not really that important to the network. > I've been googling on this and found a few similar posts on the MT > forum, but nothing where MT has ever acknowledged that it's a bug. This is a tough bug to describe and nail down exactly what is happening and what causes the bug to show up. I'd suggest sending your request to [email protected] and see if they have any input. If they can duplicate the issue, then a fix may be on the horizon. -- ******************************************************************** * Butch Evans * Professional Network Consultation * * http://www.butchevans.com/ * Network Engineering * * http://store.wispgear.net/ * Wired or Wireless Networks * * http://blog.butchevans.com/ * ImageStream, Mikrotik and MORE! * * NOTE THE NEW PHONE NUMBER: 702-537-0979 * ******************************************************************** _______________________________________________ Mikrotik mailing list [email protected] http://www.butchevans.com/mailman/listinfo/mikrotik Visit http://blog.butchevans.com/ for tutorials related to Mikrotik RouterOS
