I have seen this on networks that are MT ONLY.

My "solution" was to write a script that restarts OSPF on one router
that is not really that important to the network.

This is a tough bug to describe and nail down exactly what is happening
and what causes the bug to show up.  I'd suggest sending your request to
[email protected] and see if they have any input.  If they can
duplicate the issue, then a fix may be on the horizon.
