Josh, What firmware are you running? Also are you just getting the "improper shutdown cause 1" error in your log after the reboot?
I have been having some issues with HnD "dual chain 711" boards rebooting with the "cause 1" error and was having them become non-responsive to any type of management winbox, ssh, telnet etc. I finally ended up downgrading the OS and it didn't help, but I realized I was still running the 2.37FW so I downgraded to 2.36 and haven't had any reboots in close to 24 hrs now, before I was getting reboots up to a couple times an hour. So I am pretty sure it was the 2.37 firmware. I have a couple tickets open with MT about the issue and have told them about the FW so hopefully they will identify the problem and fix it soon.
