I can't speak for Mikrotik compatibility, but Advanced Optics SFP's have
always worked great in every piece of equipment I've used. They're very
inexpensive and worked in Cisco, HP, Occam, Foundry and Linksys devices.

SC is typical for simplex fiber but LC is preferred when doing duplex
fibers. I've never seen ST or FC in SFP's before.
