Howdy, Recently upgraded one of my core switches from an old Cisco Catalyst 10/100 switch to a Cisco 2960 gigabit switch. I have one of its ports feeding a RB433 (running 3.20), passing an average of about 10Mbps. On the Cisco 2960, I am getting Output Drops on the Cisco gigabit interface that feeds the RB433. The RB433 CPU is running at about 10% and had plenty of memory available to it. Both sides have auto-neg to 100/full.
