I am having trouble with this. I have two files fullconfig.rsc and config.auto.rsc. I uploaded the fullconfig.rsc and then reset the router. Then I got back in via winbox and could see my file. I then ftp's the config.auto.rsc to the router and I could see in winbox it created a config.auto.log but it never reloaded and has zero bytes in the log file.
