This is what I can find on the Polycom:

Max draw 4.3w

Power
• Built-in, auto-sensing IEEE 802.3af Power
Over Ethernet (Class2)
• External universal input AC adapter
(optional4
; 24V DC@500mA)

Looks like the 751 draws a max of 10w, though i could go with a 951 which only draws 3w max.
