Just for your information:
There's a bug in all ROS 6.x Versions regarding the dhcp server:
If you have enabled the option  "add arp for leases" in the DHCP-Server, the 
arp entry will not always be removed when the client goes down.
The effect of this is, when the client comes up again, the DHCP-Server can't 
add the arp entry because it already exists,
and the client won't have access to the network.  (Seen this in a network with 
about 1000 clients).

Only current workaround is to disable the feature.
