If I'm understanding what you are asking, maybe. Depends on how your network is 
laid out but basically two ways.
1. Bridge the tik and let them put their IPs on their router.
2. Route the subnet to the tik, config the tik as a router no NAT and assign 
one of their IPs on the lan side of the tik for them to gateway to.
Either of those cases I would put the tik over on a private subnet if possible, 
again depending on your layout.
There is also the issue of who's firewall protects them. In this type I always 
tell them they are responsible for protecting their stuff.
