Increasingly as of late, I have been getting "site is back up" messages from
The Dude for sites that have never been reported as down.

At first I thought I may have set the reporting delay longer on the down side
than on the up side, but then I realized there is no reporting delay setting
for the up side -- once a site answers, it's up. Then I thought I may have
diddled with the specific settings for one or more of those sites, but I
haven't.

The reports are invariably for devices running RouterOS 6 (the greater portion
of our network, including the router the Dude server hangs off, is on 5.25), or
one of several legacy Tranzeo CPEs that still remain in service. If I look at
the Outages page for the most reported Tranzeo, the most recent outage is back
in June, when the guy went on vacation, yet I get a handful of "site back up"
messages for him each day. Similarly for the PTP routers and stations running
6+.

I'm running the beta version of Dude, which MikroTik Support has told me is now
the canonical version they recommend to everybody.

Does anybody have any ideas as to how to correct this behavior?
