Doesn't matter if the IP is dynamic. Netwatch pings something else to determine up/down status. So as long is there is something you always have connectivity to, you can do the Netwatch to it and script whatever you need.

IF that interface coming up grants IP connectivity to a device on the other side, you may be able to use NetWatch.

Otherwise, I suppose you could have a scheduled script that checks the status of the interface, then does something.

Anyone else have another idea?
