What with many (all?) of the SXT models now having plastic RJ45 jacks and a 
separate grounding screw, it seemed an obvious idea to find a small spring clip 
that latched onto a shielded RJ45 plug, and make a little jumper to connect the 
ground screw to the spring clip so use the shielded wire as a bleed ground.  I 
envision a little strap that clips on like so:



It's such an obvious idea that I'm hoping somebody already makes these, and 
somebody here knows where they might be bought.
