Thanks for the responses. I have PIM enabled and an RP setup on the router that is at the source of the multicast. This did work with "regular" routing in the shop. The project changed in the field to have OSPF and the Multicast wouldn't come up. I added a temporary EoIP bridge on the WAN interface of the router and all the joins came right up (but then it isn't routing anymore either).
We had to go live with it last night. We are going to setup a small version of the network with 3 routers tomorrow and see if we can figure it out. I plan to get it working with a simple routed network and then add OSPF back in to see what happens. I have seen some old messages in the forums that have talked about multicast having trouble if you had one or more OSPF links that were down (which we had). Obviously we need this to work when there is a bad link otherwise we wouldn't need OSPF.
