Hi Paul, my suggestion would be: 1. any ATA with at least 2 lines, Phone & fax 2. in the ATA there should be a DSCP way to do QoS, select your desired value, and mark it on client CPE, and pass it through to your Edge Router via a VLAN using your Access point 3. give your client at least 80/80kbit/s for down & upload, but reserv it only for VoIp why 80/80? a tipical VoIp call cost 64/64kbit/s so the rest of 20/20 will be reserved for signaling & QoS informations when marking the packets using DSCP, queue it on both CPE and Edge for maximom bandwidth preservation be carfull, please mark both signaling & media sessions at both should have DSCP marking supported and finaly, tag your ATA on a dedicated port on CPE so the VoIp network would be ceparate from the data network in your backbone, you should priorise the VoIp Subnet in your Edges anything else? i'm here to help. thank, /T
