Right, but the default hardware queues on some MT devices is default-small, which gives exactly Matt's symptoms.

Check queue sizes, make sure they are not small-default and are big enough

I just put up a couple of backhaul radios running the RB922UAGS-5HPacD
baords in AC mode, and we seem to be having some throughput issues with
them that do not make a lot of sense.

Radio to Radio, speed tests at 140meg in both udp and tcp
Router at near end, through AP side radio to wireless port of far end
radio, speed tests at 140meg in udp and 10meg in tcp
Router at near end, to router on ethernet port of far end radio, speed
tests at 140meg in udp and 10meg in tcp

In all of these radios, connection tracking is disabled, there are no
queues and no other packet manipulation of any kind. RF links are good
-60 signals, high CCQs and running NV2 protocol.

What gives? Why is our TCP throughput so bad? Driving me up the wall
here.
