I didn't see all the posts on the thread. One other aspect is the Xbox itself should be set to DHCP via DHCP reservation. That was one of my gripes on UBNT gear until the released it in beta 5.6. I have tested doing a static in the xbox as opposed to DHCP and DHCP seems to work better
