How I got them working was that some of them had port 80 NAT rules. I had to 
disable them, then follow Grand Avenue Broadband's advice and turn off RotuerOS 
and Secure Mode. Apply. Wait a bit. Re-enable. Apply.

Can anyone remind me what I'm supposed to do when The Dude doesn't find all of 
the services on a MT router. When done, The Dude can't read any SNMP or 
"RouterOS" information off of it. There's no firewalls or anything like that.
