We don’t do this yet as an OOB.

But we did use this for a site pre installation of primary links (critical 
customer)

Best advice I can give is to get 3G/4G USB Sticks and test them. Some work, 
some are identified and need fiddling to work, and some fail to work (or be 
identified) at all.

Yes, I used this just last week.

However I haven’t tested the AT support so I don’t know if that is correct.
