Power off. Hold teh reset button in while it powers up. I forget exactly what the lights do, but after about 15 seconds, release the button.
You should be able to log in.
If that doesn't work, NetInstall it.
Some of the Boards come with the latest firmware, but not the latest ROS. Upgrade the ROS and then the firmware.
