The best solution would be to have multiple ways to get to both edge routers 
from your network. Have each router pull in a full BGP feed. Setup iBGP on 
routers between the two edges. This way, traffic with a better path through A 
goes A and likewise traffic better through B goes B (better meaning more 
specific subnets and shorter AS length). Use defaults to get traffic from your 
network to all BGP speaking boxes, depending on you traffic load needs.

Yes. The new circuit connects to a mikrotik router that is one fiber hop 
from my core. For now all traffic that is headed out the new circuit will 
pass through that core. I can diagram it all if it helps.
