Ada satu faktor lagi...... yang bikin gaji orang berbeda-beda.... yaitu luck. Biarpun punya skill untuk bergaji 10 juta, tapi kalo pas sial dapat kerja di perusahaan kecil (budget rendah), boss culun (ngga ngerti IT), dll, akhirnya gajinya kecil deh. Sayang banget, rasanya. Seharusnya sdm yang bagus dapat tempat yang bagus pula.
