Caranya dengan memasang PHP di IIS. Caranya ada di c:\php\install.txt yang
bagian PHP dan IIS. Coba dibaca dahulu.

2. kenapa kalo di view source via IE6 dan iis, bisa kebaca tag nya,

Heumm menurut saya karena program IISnya ngga menginterpret ekstensi .php,
karena ya itu tadi, php-nya ngga diinstall. Sedangkan yg mysql itu menurut
saya anda juga memasang web server lain seperti APACHE, ya makanya scriptnya
jalan, karena dalam web server Apache sudah diinstall PHPnya.
Coba deh di cek di Services.
START>RUN>ketik "services.msc"
Kalo ada tulisan Apache2 ya berarti bener ada service apache yg running
juga.
