Hi,
Anyone knows why I get no windows or network logon dialog box at startup ?
I have searched through technet and read this below article and follow its
instruction, but still can not resolve the problem.

TITLE : No Windows or Network Logon Dialog Box at Startup
So if I want to logon to my NT and Novell network, I should choose shutdown
first and "close all programs & log on as different user".
I have also disabled password caching using System Policy Editor.
Any other solution ?
