We are a Foreign IT Company located in Jl. Jend. Sudirman,
Jakarta looking for:
Title : Program Manager (PM)
to help build an internet portal business.
Location : Jakarta
The PM will work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and
technology
teams to design, execute, and manage specific services for the portal.
Will
be responsible for the overall development of the portal. Must have
proven
leadership skills and must be able to develop, manager and execute
projects
from generating an idea to personally handling its last detail. The PM
needs
to be process-driven yet creative and willing and eager to do whatever
it
takes to create and maintain outstanding products and services for the
portal business. Some travelling may be required.
Skills Required
-Strong technical and analytical skills with process orientation
- Aptitude for sales and strategic thinking
- Strong client and customer focus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-motivated team player
- Able to handle the work in aggressive timeframes
Education and Experience
- College degree in a business or technical discipline
- MBA or the other advance degree will be a plus
- Between 2 to 4 years work experience in developing business
processes
- Internet project management experience will be preferred
- Business development or sales experience will be a plus
