says who you don't ? you do have the access.
try any of these:
1. send email to one of these agora servers:
       [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Japan)
       [EMAIL PROTECTED] (Japan)
and in the body of your mail, type:
       send <URL>
2. send email to:
       [EMAIL PROTECTED]
   and in the body, type:
        GO <URL>
3. this is new, i haven't try them.
send email to one of these servers:
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]
        [EMAIL PROTECTED]
    in the body, type:
       send help

replace <URL> w/ the actual URL such as: http://blah.blah.blah.

these email servers are mostly operated by volunteers in some companies
or universities. if you over-use them, they might be shut down permanently.
if you have direct internet access, please let others who less fortunate
-- like our friend here :-) -- use the email servers.
