1. System Administrator (SA)

Requirements:
� Hardware : Computer, Peripheral
� OS : WinNT, Win95/98, Unix (Linux, FreeBSD)
� Programming : PERL/C
� Others : TCP/IP Networking, Internet Topology. IP Protocol and
services (WWW/HTTP, DNS, POP3/SMTP, NNTP, SNMP, NFS, NTP),
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Major duties and responsibilities:
� Maintenance, upgrade and development of existing servers under WinNT
and UNIX. Responsibility includes security of each system.
� Responsibility includes all services like mail, ftp, news, dns, proxy
and security of each system.
� Tracking computer usage for long-term planning purposes.
� Able to use a variety of resources to solve problems.
� Analyze requirements for new projects and become part of the team in
planning new applications and enhancements to existing applications.
� Willingness to carry pager and be oncall to debug/troubleshoot system
problems.
� Make complete and comprehensive documentation of all the system.
2. System Engineer (SE)

Requirements :
� Hardware : Computer, Peripheral
� OS : WinNT, Win95/98, Unix (Linux, FreeBSD)
� Programming : SQL/MySQL, PERL/C, Microsoft Access
� Others : TCP/IP, HTML, HTTP, CGI, SNMP, Radius, PHP, ASP.
Familiar with RDBMS database, Object Oriented, etc.
Major duties and responsibilities:
� Perform various duties in a web-based and scripting-based environment
� Design and develop swift enhancements and modifications such as
conversion of a flat file-based application environment to a RDBMS-
based environment.
� Design and develop interfaces between core NOC support systems.
� Program efforts related to design and development of Radius and
Database Systems-related functionality - Web server administration.
� Monitoring and maintaining operational database availability and
integrity.
� Database performance profiling, tuning, configuration management and
reporting.
� Make complete and comprehensive documentation of all the programs.
3. NOC Engineer (NE)

Requirements:
� Hardware : Computer, Peripheral, Router, Hub/Switch, Cabling,
Modem, Terminal Server
� OS : WinNT, Win95/98, Unix (Linux, FreeBSD)
� Programming : PERL/C
� Others : TCP/IP, Firewalls, PPP, Routing, Network Management
(SNMP), Data Communication (LAN, WAN),
OSI, Network Security (RADIUS/TACACS), UDP/ICMP,
Subnetting/Supernetting, CIDR, RIP,OSPF, VLAN.
Major duties and responsibilities:
� Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance and security of
internet backbone, internal network, dialup access network, and
customer network.
� Responsible for maintenance activities, hardware/software upgrades
and routine maintenance activities.
� Responsible for evaluating, engineering and implementing various
Internet/Intranet Technologies (VPN, tunneling etc.) to meet the
internal and customer needs.
� Handle complains from customer related to daily operation.
� Perform 7X24X365 Operation.
� Willingness to carry pager and be oncall to debug/troubleshoot system
problems.
� Make complete and comprehensive documentation of all the system.

� S1 degree
� Min. of 1 years of relevant experience
� English proficiency in both oral and written.
� A self driven, self motivated, aggressive, creative, result-oriented
and willing to learn person.
� Strong teamwork oriented (capable to work in a team) in a fast-moving
