ngomong2 soal combro nih ala rumah gw d bandung.. singkong d parut n pake 
kelapa parut juga jadi satu trus pake daun bawang kasih garem n masako kalo 
lebih gurih.. trus dalemnya bawang merah,bawang putih,jahe,kencur,gula 
merah,garem,cabe rawit,cabe merah d ulek trus d tumis n d masukin deh  oncom 
yng  udh d tumbuk d tumis jgn sampai kering.. trus d bentuk deh sesuai 
selera..n d goreng d minyak panas..  wilujeng tuang..

        Kalo aku sih biar lebih jreng,  singkong parutnya aku 
        kasih bumbu bawang

        putih & ketumbar.

         

        Isinya selain cabe nya ditumbuk aku kasihin cabe rawit hijau 
        dipotong2,  dan

        dicampur tempe dipotong2 halus.

         

        Resepku diatas hasil adaptasi dengan combro bogor tuh.

        Ini mungkin bisa dicoba ya...Tambahkan 1 bungkus agar2 putih 
        bubuk  dalam

        tiap 1 kg singkong parut, hasilnya singkong akan lembut tapi gak 
        lembek.

         

        Di Pasar Santa Kebayoran malah ada combro 3000-an, tapi eunakk 
        deh....

        didepan Hero ?

         

        Lokasi nya pas keluar toll bogor (terminal Baranangsiang) belok 
        kiri,  pas

        didepan Hero ada gerobak jual pisang goreng, gandasturi dan 
        combro.    Saya

        coba beli combronya, wah..wuenakkkkkk.....gila.   Isinya 
        kayaknya campuran

        oncom dan tempe ,  pake cabe rawit ijo 
        diiris-iris.   Singkongnya juga empuk

        enak.deh.   Harganya Rp. 1200,-/biji.

         

         

         

        Besoknya saya langsung coba buat,  saya coba2 singkong 
        parutnya saya peras,

        jadi airnya keluar,  hasilnya...waduh..... 
        kerasnya.    Biasanya aku bikin

        combro gak pernah aku peras,  tapi jadi combronya jadi 
        basah dan lembek.

        Kemarin aku coba2 aja diperas .   Padahal isinya udah 
        mirip sama yang di

        Bogor , wuenak..rek.

         

         

         

        Ada yang tau gak gimana bikin singkong parut untuk combro biar enak 
        gak

        lembek dan gak keras.   Apa tergantung singkongnya juga 
        kali ya.. Apa ada

        bahan campuran lainnya ??
