MimeStreamParser does not allow to set the option NO_RECURSE
All other options can be set, except that one. And of course this is the one
I'm interested in.

Resteasy is having problems parsing requests when the request contains EML
files.

I hope this can still make it into 0.8! Are there service releases for earlier
versions? Especially 0.6 since that is what resteasy is using.
