A couple of thoughts I just passed to Chris: I think "that" ought to be
on the short list of very common 4-letter words. And I'm seeing a variant
today that has punctuation on the end of some of the words; perhaps a
[.,:;'!?]?
after the {4,12} range to get those. I've decided to try these rules for
a while to see how they do.
