I have a strict policy *NOT* to petition for delisting, especially with
irresponsible outfits like arix.com.  My hope is that people will stop
using them in order to receive (what I hope is) useful content from me.
If I had to ask every two-bit RBL to delist me, I'd get nothing else done
in a day.
