Next enable DNS query logging on your primary NS for the box that's supposed to be making Razor queries. Run Razor queries by hand to see if they are successful. Update your Razor server list. If you're running an outdated copy of Razor then you probably also have an outdated server list. razor-admin -discover Check ownership and permissions and identity locations. I've always had trouble getting everything just right.
