Someone else mentioned that, and I've made the changes for the next beta. In reality, I don't think it will make much difference. Most e-mail messages are not viruses (at least, on my server!), and so most of the time, all the scanners will end up running anyway. But as you say, it's an easy tweak so any improvement is worth it.
