MIMEDefang by default doesn't address any of those. It wouldn't be too hard to code up some Perl that detects and blocks them, but it's not something I would have time for (nor could I test it, because no one here runs Outlook.)
If I were to try a go at this, would the following procedure be correct?
1) Figure out what the vulnerability consists of and what 'code' is being sent and in what form
2) Do a filter for such a beast
3) test out the filter.
