I indeed had added the debug option when I first ran MIMEDefang to squash some bugs 
(file/directory permissions), but am not running in debug mode now.  Too bad, when I 
read your response, my hopes went up until I checked.

I guess I will have to settle for having about 5000 leftover directories per gateway 
after the daily purge.
