Yes I read this. However I use mimedefang-filter in /etc/mail which has the
recommended settings (uses spam_assassin_check), so mimedefang should add some headers
(at least to the true spam test mails).
I even added a line
action_change_header("X-cg", "was here!");
somewhere near the beginning of filter_end() but without any success. It looks as if
mimedefang weren't called at all.
