[Mimedefang] greylisting implementation

Is there a complete greylisting implementation for Mimedefang, as 
proposed by http://projects.puremagic.com/greylisting/
If not, can I install Sendmail::Milter without having sendmail source. 
That module is required by the complete implementation available at  
http://projects.puremagic.com/greylisting/
