Has anyone successfully stopped spamassassin being called on outgoing messages?
Why do you want to do that?
Instead, I'd suggest generating an analysis on messages that hit the 5.0 threshold, and emailing it back to the source. That way your users will know that their messages are likely to get filtered at the final destination.
