Recently I've been getting a *ton* of these:

...any idea what I should do about them? Also, is there any routine maintenance I should be doing with cron for SpamAssassin? I'm using MD v2.40 and SA v2.63 with perl v5.8.3 on Red Hat v8.0. Thanks.
