You're looking at an old version of MIMEDefang.  The newest versions
do something like this:

Received: from helo_name (reverse_name [ip.address])
        by my_hostname (MIMEDefang) with ESMTP id i2Q3F646030602
        for [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Thu, 25 Mar 2004 20:15:08 -0700 (MST)
