Hello, I am using MD 2.38 installed with HTML-Parser along with all the other perl libraries. However this very specific library, HTML-Parser, is creating errors into the maillog like this:

Wide character in print at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.0/MIME/Pa As far as my googling goes I have understood that these are rather innocent errors since all mails come out fine, however I think (I might be wrong) that parser library doesnot do much in a system where html mail are welcomed. Am I wrong? If so, I would like to disable mimedefang from calling this library for html mails. How can I do this? If I disable it somehow would I lose any other functionality as well?
