Steps:
Install mimedefang. Verify it works, you can send receive mail.
Install uvscan.
In /usr/bin/mimedefang.pl set this line to point to mcafee like such:
$Features{'Virus:NAI'} = ('/usr/local/bin/uvscan');
restart mimedefang.
Then send your self some test virus detection files from
http://www.testvirus.com
Watch your logs, and it will show the virus's were rejected.
