Humm ok.
In fact I lack the "Received:" last line,
by that I mean the last one, the one created
by local sendmail (I think).
Without this one, I can't see which server is
talking to my server.
For example :

In fact if there's relay I lack only the last "Received:".

What do you expect as "last" line?
The filter is parsing the message right when it comes in, before it got
manipulated by the local sendmail or any Milter (incl. MIMEDefang).
