Actually, there's a very large ISP in Canada (Sympatico) that shuts down customers if it detects that they are sending out viruses. You don't get your connectivity back until you have proven your machine is clean.
Too bad they don't do the same about spam. :( I've put them on my permanent $hitlist because of the amount of spam I used to get from them... although I'm not showing any blocked spam from them this month... maybe I'll take them out. :)
