Can I assume that $RelayAddr will always be in the format 127.0.0.1 and never 127.000.000.001?
I don't think the manpage specifies the format beyond "as a string consisting of four dot-separated decimal numbers.". For all I know a decimal number has a definition that clarifies the answer but I don't know.
