[Mimedefang] Suppressing or obfuscating Received from line

Is there some way I can modify the line added at the top of a message 
before it's sent to the next hop? I want to mask the server the message is 
being received from, but ENTIRE_MESSAGE doesn't yet have this line added so 
I can't simply modify the message on receipt.
