Does it make sense to give MD its own subdirectory in /etc/mail? Currently 
we're at two files, the filter and the SA config file. Are there others 
that would benefit from being segregated in a separate directory? This 
might also help those trying to keep their filter version-controlled and 
merging in changes from the MD release.
