Hi, mimedefang (2.43) segfaults when using the embeded perl function. See the attachement for details. It is linked against perl 5.8.4. Did anybody see this problem too? I'll try version 2.44 next and see if the problem is gone there. But there is no hint in the changelog.

--- Begin Message ---Package: mimedefang Version: 2.43-1 Severity: important After running "/etc/init.d/mimedefang start" I had no mimedefang-multiplexor processes running, only a single orphaned mimedefang process. Running the mimedefang-multiplexor process from the command line with an extra "-D" option shows that it segfaults. Running it through gdb and getting a backtrace gives the output below showing that it dies in make_embedded_interpreter(). If you run mimedefang-multiplexor without -E works, but for now I've dropped back to 2.42-1 from snapshot.debian.net which works fine with an embedded Perl interpreter.
