Wouldn't that be funny that everyone started rejecting mail from them because they didn't do that. Yet, they pushed for the "deadline" for everyone else to have SPF published? Hahaha...

Well, a quick check shows:

MSN: NO
Hotmail: NO
Yahoo: NO
AOL: YES
Earthlink.net: YES
NetZero: YES - weird record though.

Anyway...

According to a thread on the spf-discuss list, Microsoft has announced
that they'll start checking SPF records at hotmail.com, msn.com, and
microsoft.com on October 1, 2004. That's the only "deadline" I've heard
of.

But when are the big guys yahoo|earthlink|hotmail|msn going to implement SPF entries for their mail servers?
