The added %dir /etc/mail/spamassassin line in the %file sections is causing problems. First it's going to mark that directory as being own by the mimedefang rpm. It's going to lead to conflicts w/ SpamAssassin rpms.
Second the rpm will not build because there is no /etc/mail/spamassassin directory in the rpm install-build directory.
