As the matter of the fact, I tried to the newer version of MIME-tools, MIME-tools-5.414.tar.gz, and the problem was till there.
Someone suggested me to upgrade MIME-Base64 to the latest version, it did not help either... So, I rolled my MIME-tools back to the old version 5.411a-RP-Patched-02. The reason is simple. I can disable to check Perl Module check when I compile MIME-Defang 2.45. But, there are lots of Perl script complains during the runtime.
