To this list we add: cbl.abuseat.org, very efficient list. And
the NJABL lists dnsbl.njabl.org and dynablock.njabl.org, not
as efficient but still useful. Tested on lots of users :)

I wouldn't recommend blocking on spews, using it to score in spamassassin
might be enough.

The spamhaus.org lists might not be free, I haven't really checked.
